Okoboji’s softball team saw some bright spots but largely struggled in 2022 under first-year head coach Kate Perrin. The Pioneers failed to eclipse double-digit wins for the fifth consecutive season and suffered their 10th consecutive losing season, finishing the year with a 5-24 overall record and a 3-13 mark in the Siouxland Conference. For their efforts on the diamond and in the classroom, six Pioneers earned postseason recognition.
