Okoboji’s softball team dropped a Siouxland Conference home game to Sheldon on Wednesday, June 22. The Orabs defeated the Pioneers 9-2 in Milford.

Sheldon plated a run in the first, three in the second and three in the fifth to take a 7-0 lead. The Pioneers pushed a pair of runs across in the bottom half of the fifth, but the Orabs blanked the hosts the rest of the way while tacking on two runs in the top of the seventh.
