Pioneers drop home game to Boyden-Hull

Okoboji’s boys basketball team suffered a Siouxland Conference home loss to Boyden-Hull on Friday, Feb. 2. The Pioneers fell 66-42 to the Comets — their fourth straight loss — in Milford.

“A back-and-forth game within 10 most of the game,” Okoboji coach Alex Spielman said. “Biggest key difference was Okoboji was 1-for-3 from the foul line and Boyden-Hull was 19-for-29. Most foul shots came in the final minutes of the game for Boyden-Hull to pull away.”
