Spirit Lake’s volleyball team suffered a loss to Fairmont (MN) in the Indians’ home opener held Monday, Sept. 9. The Cardinals topped the Indians 3-1 in Spirit Lake.

Spirit Lake got off to a solid start, earning a 25-18 win in the first set. However, Fairmont won 25-12 in the second, 28-26 in the third and 25-22 in the fourth to salt away the win.
