After suffering its first regular season loss in 23 months, Spirit Lake will look to bounce back this week against heated rival Spencer.

These two squads have met 10 times since 2010. Spirit Lake has dominated the series, winning nine of those meetings by an average margin of 14.8 points. Spencer’s only victory in that time span was a 26-13 win in 2017.

The Tigers are coming off of back-to-back losses to No. 4 (3A) Humboldt and No. 9 (3A) Webster City.
