The final piece of the puzzle has come together for the 2022 Okoboji Blue Water Festival scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 13 in Preservation Plaza at the Arnolds Park Amusement Park. First came the announcement of Chad Pregracke as the mid-afternoon’s keynote speaker. Next came headliner Melissa Etheridge for the evening concert. Now, professional walleye angler Keith Kavajecz has agreed to share his fishing expertise at the 10 a.m. fishing seminar.
