Spirit Lake girls track and field took a variety of events to the next level at the 115th Drake Relays over the weekend, showing a 2A school could compete with the likes of larger schools with the right athletes on board. 
“The Drake Relays feel completely different from state,” senior Reese Keenan said. “It feels more exclusive, and it helps push us to our best to compete with the very best. I love being able to say I run for Spirit Lake with the best teammates.”
