Steven Andrew Wynhoff, age 27, of Spirit Lake was arrested on the charge of public intoxication at approximately 12:22 a.m. Thursday, May 30 on the 3500 block of Sunner Avenue.

Gordon Leroy Bruce Jr., age  61, of Spirit Lake was arrested on charges of speeding and operating a vehicle while under the influence, first offense, at approximately 3:51 a.m. Thursday, May 30 on Highway 71 near Spirit Lake.
