Rodney Jamal Collins, age 31, of Williston, Florida, was charged with operating while intoxicated — second offense — at approximately 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 8 near the intersection of 280th Avenue and Highway 9. A criminal complaint said authorities were notified of a vehicle in the ditch near that location, and they found Collins sleeping in the driver’s seat while the vehicle was still running.
