Spirit Lake senior Aurora Preston recently signed her letter of intent to wrestle for the Buena Vista University women’s wrestling team. Preston was Spirit Lake Park’s first-ever girls state tournament qualifier. She competed in the 100-pound bracket at the 2023 Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union state tournament and ended the season with a 20-8 record.
