“It’s been a wild ride,” are the words Trigg Heimdal came up with after Okoboji boys track and field secured their third consecutive Siouxland Conference Meet championship on Thursday, May 8 at Central Lyon, the senior having run on in all three seasons. 
“The Siouxland is one of the hardest conferences in the state,” Heimdal said. “It’s been difficult, especially last season. It’s an honor to run against the best in the state every year. We had a lot of fun today.”
