A group of 34 high school students didn't just meet their fundraising goal — they obliterated it.

The Okoboji Foundation's Youth in Philanthropy (YIP) program raised $112,346 during the 2024-25 school year, exceeding their $75,000 target. Additionally, $84,462 is to be granted to local entities by the students.

It's the program's most successful fundraising effort to date.
