Norman “Stormin Norman” Stanley Swanson, age 74, of Milford, passed away peacefully on May 23, at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake. A visitation was Wednesday, May 28, at the Turner Jenness Funeral Home in Milford.
