Summer fun in Okoboji

Summer has officially kicked off in Lake Okoboji and the rest of the Great Lakes Region. Plenty of locals and tourists are spending their time outside, visiting the lakes, enjoying cold treats and playing in the parks. Even the critters got in on some summer fun, feasting on pup cups and watching the lake waves cruise on by. Through all the weekend's hail, rain and, above all, shine, it seemed there was something going on for everyone now that the hot season is upon us. (Photos by Stewart Chisham)
