A Spirit Lake man accused of shooting his father in May has entered a plea deal.

According to the Dickinson County Sheriff's Office, authorities received a 911 call at approximately 5:18 p.m. Sunday, May 5 in regard to a shooting in the 1400 block of 193rd Avenue in Montgomery. Law enforcement responded, secured the scene and gave medical attention to the victim of the shooting.
