A Spirit Lake man accused of attempting to obtain images and/or video of a sexual nature from a minor has pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Court records show Christopher Craig Ingraham's plea was filed July 29. The 47-year-old's plea also indicated he has chosen to waive his right to a trial within 90 days. Other court filings show a Nov. 1 trial is currently scheduled in the case.
