Representatives of the Spirit Lake Chamber of Commerce paid a visit to The Well Coffeehouse and Eatery the afternoon of Feb. 8. The Well, located on the south side of Highway 71 just west of Memphis Avenue, offers a variety of breakfast and lunch items in addition to many of the traditional coffeehouse staples. Owner Diane Duis said she opened the business with the goal of providing a gathering space for the community — an extension of her role as a mother, she said.
