Jack Anthony Hess, age 23, was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 1:19 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8 and held for another agency.

Vicki Lynn Forcht, age 48, of Spencer was charged with driving while barred and failure to provide proof of financial liability at approximately 8:48 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9 in the 1000 block of 18th Street in Spirit Lake. She was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 9:03 a.m. the same day.
