Brandon Wade Davis, age 47, of Spirit Lake was charged with domestic abuse/assault — third or subsequent offense — and interference with official acts at approximately 7:31 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1 in the 12700 block of 211th Avenue. A criminal complaint said Davis applied pressure to the throat of the victim.
