Austin Dean Tebrink, age 29, of Urbandale was charged with operating while intoxicated — first offense — and failure to use headlamps when required at approximately 11:47 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13 in the 4100 block of Highway 71 in Spirit Lake. He was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14.
