Kelly Scott Wilson, age 55, who was listed as having no address, was charged with disorderly conduct at approximately 6:04 p.m. Tuesday, April 11 in the area of Casey's Convenience Store in Arnolds Park. A criminal complaint said Wilson "was yelling and going after others." He was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 6:24 p.m. the same day. He was later charged with public intoxication at approximately 6:31 p.m. Wednesday, April 12 in the 1300 block of 18th Street in Spirit Lake.
