Editor's note: Defense counsel told the court during the July 29 hearing the recently discovered testimony was that of Tierany Steinhoven – spelling the last name for the court record. An Aug. 1 memo filed by the defense identified the individual as Tiereny Steenhagen – the first name differing slightly from that contained in the potential witness' own affidavit filed July 26.
