Orleans council vote breaks gridlock on city speed limit change

 

Proposed changes to speed limits in the city of Orleans have been an issue for about three years and gone through approximately nine different permutations, according to Orleans Mayor Bill Maas. But the mayor said a split vote during Monday night's city council meeting may be the first step in addressing the matter.
