Multiple counties join for potential pipeline litigation

Dickinson County joined a group of other Iowa counties in order to share costs and help with any litigation concerning the Summit carbon pipeline during the Tuesday, Sept. 3 meeting of the Dickinson County Board of Supervisors.

"The biggest part we get out of it is joining with other counties to seek review on their decision to use eminent domain," said board member Kim Wermersen.
