Landowner concerns linger as local pipeline easements reach 60 percent

Officials with Summit Carbon Solutions, one of two companies aiming to construct liquified carbon pipelines across Dickinson County, said this week that about 60 percent of local landowners along the project's proposed route have signed voluntary easements with the company — up by about 7 percent since late January.
