James Kessler recently gave a tour of the Dickinson County Freedom Rock to a group of The Daughters of The American Revolution. The local freedom rock stands in Lake Park and honors veterans in each branch of the U.S. military. The tour started with recognizing and giving respect to the flag of The United States of America. Kessler feels the meaning of the flag is important for each individual to understand.
