County ballots cast: Rowley, Leupold overcome GOP primary opponents

 

Voters in Dickinson County made their voices heard during Tuesday's primary election. The day saw about a 15 percent turnout among local voters, and candidates seeking offices from the county-level up to Congress earned votes from area residents. A number of state and county candidates went unchallenged in this month's primary, but will face opponents come the general election in November.
