The reconstruction project on 13th Street in Milford is entering its final phase, after weather-related delays extended the work beyond the original 2024 construction season. 

The project began April 15, and involves completely rebuilding County Road A34, also known as 13th Street, from Highway 71 to the west city limits. 

Beck Engineering is overseeing the reconstruction, with Beck Excavating of Spirit Lake serving as the general contractor.
