Congratulations were recently extended to Okoboji High School senior Maddison Lambert who has been awarded Iowa High School Speech Association's 2024 Hall of Fame Scholarship — the organization awards only four such scholarships each year. Lambert was selected from all applications submitted by students within the Northwest quadrant of Iowa.
