The Dickinson County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Monday, April 15, 2024, at 10 a.m. in the community room of the Dickinson County Courthouse located at 1802 Hill Avenue, Spirit Lake, IA to make a recommendation or not to the Board of Supervisors on the following proposed amendments to the Dickinson County Zoning Ordinance No. 102:
• To amend Article #21 Conditional Uses
The proposed ordinance can be reviewed at the Dickinson County Zoning office, second floor, suite 2101 or on the main page of the Dickinson County website: https://dickinsoncountyiowa.gov/.
