Bruce Kipfer, 67, of Superior passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake.

A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the Softtail Saloon in Superior. Burial will take place in the Superior Township Cemetery in Superior.  Arrangements are by the Robinson Funeral Home in Spirit Lake. Online condolences may be left at www.spiritlakefuneralhome.com

Bruce Alan Kipfer was born on July 4, 1956, to Herschel “Bill” Willis and Margaret Ann (Minion) Kipfer. He graduated from Windom High School in 1975 in Windom, Minnesota. He was united in marriage to Jodi Ohlrich in 1985. To this union a son Brady was born. Bruce was a heavy equipment operator for Diamond Concrete. He took great pride in his dirt work and operating large machines.

In his free time, Bruce enjoyed Lionel Model Trains, riding his Harley, which he made several trips to Sturgis with. He also enjoyed socializing with friends and meeting new ones.

He is survived by his son Brady Alan Kipfer and Breann Allen of Superior; grandson Kesler Allen; siblings Clark (Gayle) Kipfer of Arnolds Park; Kathryn (Mark) Nemitz of Windom, Minnesota; Brent (Colleen) Kipfer of Jacksonville, Florida; brother-in-law Don Miller of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Korrine Miller.
